A reminder that the club AGM is this Sunday, 15th January, at the Llandegla Forest Mountain Bike Centre. The meeting starts at 10:30am and will be followed by a run or bike through the trails in the forest. All welcome.

There will be an opportunity to view and purchase club kit or place orders for new items.

Constitutional Amendments

1. To add the following roles to the committee:
   Kit Manager
   Social Members representative.
2. To substitute the role of ‘Coaching Co-ordinator’ for the Coaches (Run, Swim and Bike)

(These are to ‘tidy up’ some anomalies that have arisen in recent years)

Committee Elections

The following positions are due for election

Club Secretary. ( Emma Tilston has been proposed by Steve Smith and seconded by Tim Burnett)

Club Captain. Rich Hayes is standing down as club captain

Kit Co-ordinator. Kim Norman is standing down.

5 committee member positions are also up for re-election

Roll of Honour

The committee are proposing Shaun O’Keefe, Rich Hayes and Tim Burnett be added to a roll of honour. Their achievements will be described at the AGM

Congratulations to Emma Tilston who has been made a Director within Welsh Triathlon, responsible for promoting Welsh Triathlon across the region and ensuring that WT have a much greater visibility in North Wales than has previously been the case.

We wish Emma all the best in her new role.
