No more than 6 people per lane
1 lane for sprint training, 1 for Olympic/HIM training & 1 for HIM/IM training
Work on swim technique with use of underwater video camera every 6 weeks to review progress
OW drills. Sighting/bunching/drafting
Wetsuit stuff
Sessions start on Friday 6.00pm to 7.00pm & cost vary between £2.80 and £4.85 a session depending on the way you pay. All that they ask is that you can swim 25mtrs.
