Firstly, it's the Club AGM on Sunday 29th November at 10:30am at the Llangegla Forest MTB centre - tea/coffee and cakes will be provided! Club kit will also be available; cash or cheque on the day. Membership payments for 2010 can also be made on the day. The meeting will be followed by a run or bike for those who fancy it and haven't stuffed themselves silly with cake...

Please note that the Centre can get very busy at the weekends with up to 500 cars being reported on some days. In addition there is a £3.50 parking fee. It is therefore strongly recommended to share a car to the Centre - or cycle up there, of course. It would be possible to park in some of the approach villages and share a ride to the centre.

Secondly, there is the clearly trivial matter of Ironman Cozumel (Mexico) on the same day, which means that Chris (left) and Aline Briffa will be otherwise engaged. Whilst it is a damned poor show to miss the AGM, we'll let them off this year as Chris attempts to complete his second Ironman - this time we hope he manages to get out of the water in one piece and doesn't have to cycle and run with a broken toe!
