Both are good races.

The Saturday one takes you from the Denbigh Valley side up the Gully to Moel Famau & along Offa's Dyke towards - but not as far as - Moel Arthur before dropping down to Llangynhafal.

The Dinas Bran one is a wee cracker, but be warned you go around Dinas Bran twice.

"Moel Siabod Race Sat 7th July


The field used for the Capel Curig Show (and parking for the race) is waterlogged.

The Show may be cancelled. It is hoped that the race will be able to go ahead but parking will be very limited.

Please share cars.

Check WFRA website before travelling for updates.

Anyone else doing The Druid this evening? I ran around the route on Sunday, it's going to be muddy & a bit smelly. Not done a short race since Cilcain in August, this one will make my lungs bleed.
